Smiles&Miles will be running fun summer learning sessions at the Regen centre in Riccall from Monday 13th August to Thursday 16th. These will be two one hour sessions each morning. Session 1- 9.15am-10.15am maths for 7-9 year olds.  Session 2- 10.45- 11.45am Reading, spelling and writing for 7-9 year olds.  There will be a 30 minute home visit before these sessions commence so that the planning for each session is tailored to individual needs. If your child is Year 2 going into year 3 in September or currently year 3 but needing some extra help then this will be suitable for them. AUTOMATIC DOORS

The Regen Centre has always been a disability friendly building, but we are always striving to offer more facilities for the less able.  We are pleased to announce, therefore, that we have installed new, automatic, sliding doors at our main entrance.  These should be a real boon to all our users, but especially those who found the previous doors not too easy.  The doors have cost some £17,000, and we are grateful to a number of grant funders who have helped us pay for them.

MOO MUSIC

Moosical Fun for your Little One - Every Wednesday (10.30 to 13.30) at the Regen Centre   Moo Music is a great fun and interactive regular music session for 0 to 5 year old children and their parents, grandparents or carers too, where the children sing, dance, play, learn and have fun while doing it. Music is an essential part of every child’s development and the 100+ original Moo Music songs used at the sessions are positive, uplifting, fun and educational. The interactive sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way.

We are pleased to announce that Tesco has chosen the Regen Centre's Changing Places project as one of its Bags for Help Grant's Scheme beneficiaries.  You can support the Regen Centre's project by shopping and voting at Tesco Selby and Brayton in September and October.  The Changing Places project will provide facilities for older children and adults with disabilities.
